Tigurius is the Chief Librarian of the Ultramarines but has always been detached, a mysterious figure possessing knowledge far beyond that of the towering databases and the myriad of scrolls in the Chapter's Librarius.

As befits his position as Chief Librarian of the Ultramarines Chapter, Tigurius is one of the most powerful psychers in the Imperium, and since he crossed the Rubicon of the Primaris, he is able to push his abilities to another level. He wears the Infernal Fire Hood, an artifact that enhances his capacity to manifest psychic powers and block those of the enemy.

This plastic kit consists of 19 components to assemble a Chief Librarian Tigurius and is supplied with a 40mm Citadel round base.
