Iwari will allow you to travel to a mystical and ancient world, a place where humanity still has the time and wisdom to listen to nature and to live respectfully within its rules. Some tribes have decided to leave their own regions to settle in an unexplored world, following in the footsteps of the five ancient titans who allow the world to prosper while not forgetting their bond with the land.
You will find yourselves in the shoes of tribal leaders who wish to guide their people to uncharted lands to find a new home. You will need to establish a series of settlements and present your tribute to the titans of the land by creating a series of totems in the various territories you will explore. However, to gain control of the various territories and the favor of the titans, you will need to skillfully manage your efforts, trying to obtain as many majorities as possible both in the territories and in the construction of totems, while also taking advantage of the possibility to gather additional points by creating larger settlements and leveraging others' majorities.
During your turn, you will have access to certain cards representing the various territories. By using them in combination, you can place both your camps and totems on the board. You can play up to 3 cards that will allow you to place up to 2 elements between totems and camps in the same territory depicted on the played cards, but be careful, during the same turn you can only place elements on one type of terrain. Therefore, you will need to plan your moves well, and for combination placements, you may need to spend a few turns preparing an ideal hand of cards.
At the halfway point, you will earn points for majorities in the various territories, and the same will happen at the end of the game, in addition to being able to earn additional points for majorities on totems and for having the most numerous settlements among your camps. Who will manage to gain territorial and spiritual control of the visionary world of Iwari?
