Did I manage to escape from the... feder-ali?

Are you the head of a pigeon gangster family... or should we say "picciotti"?

Use the pigeons to eliminate witnesses from the crime scene or add them to rival families. Only the player with the most cunning strategy will escape when the "feder-ali" knock on the door.

How to Play:

Draw a card, look at it, and swap it with one of the covered cards from your crime scene.
Place the swapped card face up in the appropriate pile. Is it a witness? Hurry to eliminate the matching card from any crime scene.
Will you have swapped the right cards to have the lowest score at the end of the game?
