HARRY POTTER™: The Rise of the Death Eaters is a cooperative card and dice game for 2-4 players,
set during the events of Order of the Phoenix. Throughout the game, each player will gather witches
and wizards from the Order of the Phoenix, Dumbledore's Army, and Hogwarts™ to fight against the growing
threat posed by Lord Voldemort™ and his Death Eaters, in order to prevent them from spreading their
dark influence across the various Locations of the Wizarding World.

It is necessary to defeat Lord Voldemort and thwart his rise to power! Players must recruit the Wizards
and defeat the Death Eaters before Lord Voldemort and his forces of evil corrupt the Locations in the Wizarding World
or before too many Wizards are lost!

On a player's turn, they perform the following phases:
1. Travel to a Location
2. Roll the Voldemort die and resolve the actions of Lord Voldemort and the Death Eaters
3. Roll, assign, and resolve the Wizard dice

Players win by defeating Lord Voldemort, but they can lose in
four different ways:
• Too many Wizards are defeated (see End of Game for further details)
• All Wizards on any player's team have been defeated and they have no Wizards left
• Four (or more) Locations are corrupted
• Any Location is completely corrupted (its two Positions and the Location base itself)
